Dhruvana, pronounced Droo-Vana, translates as steadfast, consistency and like the polar star, is centred and unshakeable. Our classes develop a grounding in flexibility, strength, mobility and relaxation allowing you to grow and become what you want.
Nigel’s been practising yoga for 15 years and been instructing for the last 5. With a background of 24 years as physical Training instruction in the Royal Air Force, he brings a holistic approach to Yoga, encompassing nutrition, poses, relaxation and balances.

At Dhruvana, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. We believe that yoga is for every body and strive to create a supportive community for all of our students.

I am an experienced and certified instructor who is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. I provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in my classes.
